Users must provide accurate information during registration. Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Schools, teachers, students, and parents must use Global Virtual School in accordance with their assigned roles.

The platform must be used solely for educational purposes. Users shall not upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content. Any misuse of Global Virtual School may result in account suspension.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. Student data is kept confidential and is accessible only to authorized school administrators, teachers, and parents or guardians as appropriate.

All educational content on Global Virtual School — including videos, quizzes, assignments, and curriculum materials — is the intellectual property of Global Virtual School, ESEF, and authorised content creators. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

Schools applying for registration must provide accurate institutional information. Approval is at the discretion of Global Virtual School / ESEF administration. Approved schools receive administrative access to manage their students and staff within the platform.

Students may enroll through Global Virtual School registration or through their respective schools. Enrollment details can only be modified by the school's focal person or system administrators. Students cannot independently modify protected enrollment information.

Live classes are conducted via integrated video conferencing. Recording of live sessions may be used for quality assurance and learning support. Students and teachers are expected to maintain appropriate behaviour during live sessions.

The platform is provided "as is." Global Virtual School and ESEF shall not be liable for any interruptions, data loss, or technical issues beyond reasonable control.
